The Northern Energy Basketball team spends time developing relationships among the players which helps to build on-court synergy. Along with weekly practices and work-outs, the players are taught so many different life skills.
The players are also able to experience a session with a dietitian who helps to explain what it is like to ‘eat-on-the-run’ in college and how to better prepare for a healthy lifestyle. Along with these extra tools, the team has former college and university players and coaches come in for special sessions.
And of course, the team-building exercises are great memory makers!
